HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?:
The contact tab on the website is the best method. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses. The direct email is photos@KaribaPhotography.com. Phone calls, Facebook fan page messages, Instagram and text messages do not work well.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRE?:
Deposits are required to book and confirm your session date + time and are non-refundable. Your deposit ensures that block of time becomes off limits to anyone else seeking to make an appointment at that time. Your remaining balance of your session is due prior to the start of your session.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION?:
Payments are processed through Square invoicing. You will receive your invoice to pay your deposit + remaining balance once your session date + time are confirmed.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?:
Cancellations happen and I totally understand. Your deposit can be transferred to another booked session with Kariba Photography within the same financial quarter. For instance, if you have a cancelled session in January, you have up until March to reschedule your session.
I LOVE MY PICTURES! CAN I COPY THEM OR UPLOAD THEM TO SOCIAL MEDIA?
You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or license any of my photographs from this site or you private gallery without the express written permission of Kariba Jack. PLEASE do not crop them to fit your own taste or edit my logo out if they have been placed on the delivered images. All images remain property of Kariba Photography. Scanning and reprinting is copyright infringement and is strictly forbidden and punishable by law. Downloads and download packages are available for purchase within your private gallery.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY PICTURES?
If you are dissatisfied with your photos, for a reason I had control over, and you wish to schedule a re-shoot, you must express this directly and clearly by phone or in a email with an explanation between 24 hours of receiving your link. Re-shoots are subject to scheduling availability and cannot be scheduled any quicker than availability allows.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to paying clients only. The satisfaction guarantee applies to photography only. Although I will do my best to counteract any of the affects of the following, we are not responsible for: bad hair days, breakouts, stretch marks, bad skin, illnesses, make-up application, inclement weather, lint, wardrobe malfunctions or defects (including wrinkles, rips, and, stains), or sweat, or matters beyond our control (i.e. acts of God). Of course the prints are considered a custom product, which cannot be re-sold. Due to the nature of printed products, all sales are final.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Be colorful, be edgy, be bold! I love capturing vibrant colors so feel free to create something that fits your individual needs. Try to avoid plain white and black solid tops. However, if you must you can always jazz it up with accessories. With family photos, mix-match colors schemes and patterns are always pleasing to the eyes and capture well. Pinterest offers some great ideas if you need additional inspiration.
